-Unions are good for that.-Really? Then why are the nonunion fast food workers, hospitality workers, nontenured college instructors, just-under-full-time store clerks and retail sales people all saying that,too? Hmm?

I’ve always said, you want good service somewhere, go there when they first open for the day. Calling in somewhere for service or showing up.
If you wait till lunch time, people our out on lunches and you wait longer, you wait till the end of the day they are all tired and stop caring, unless it happens to be the owner.
