My sister is an unhappy woman due to a curse our mom put on her when she was 7 years old. As she was swinging a stick around, mom said, “You won’t be happy until you poke someone’s eye out with that thing.”

Well, that was back in the 1950’s. The stick is now long gone and my sister never did manage to poke someone’s eye out with it.
