Hah! Even though this is a bagpipe and is funny on a lot of levels. It reminds me of a true similar situation for me. I have pipes of different “qualities” (some more pretty, more ornate, more “special”) that I save for good occasions, and other pipes (plain, more worn) that are for more casual occasions.
Per @nboady and my own experience, there are different sizes of bagpipes, including a small instrument for indoor use and, well, yeah: for casual occasions. And it’s almost hand-sized. So, joke fail! :/ But we all learned something!

A soprano bagpile! I think they should make a bass bagpipe where the bag is the size of a beanbag chair!
