Well, if she has any clue about winding Agnes’ hair on rods before pouring on the solution, Trout might just manage to mix up something that will partially dissolve, re-harden, frizz, and fry it….the chemical basis of a bad perm.
The only consolation is that the more it’s trashed, the more she’ll look, as intended, like poor Bob Ross.
