A director friend of mine has said on a couple occasions that in the south (or is that South?) you can say anything you want about someone as long as you end it with “Bless his/her/your heart.”
Cats are a alot smarter then dogs. And Cat’s so-called torture for fun thing is actually what cats do to wear out a prey so the prey doesn’t fight back.
My brother and I are like that. His son would ask us a question and we would start to tell incredible stories, just for fun.
One day, he asked us about Apollo 11, the moon landing. We actually told him the truth, what we saw that day, what it was like. The kid did not believe a word of what we said. Just kept," Na -Haa" at us.
His mom told us he was going to have to hit High School twice as long as his friends, to unlearn what we said, then to learn the truth.

So long as you say “bless his heart”, everything is going to be all right.

Bitter much? Cats are awesome. I can communicate with my cat as easily as I can with my dog. Cats kill because it is their instinct to be a predator.

I love dogs and horses. A horse tried to eat my hair before and it always makes my day when a dog jumps up at me.

Grampa is just more creative and clever, and likes to tease his grandson. Gramma is sweet, but practical to a fault and boring like her cat.

My grandmother would have said something like, “Well your Grampa’s somewhat of a horses patootie!”
