Paige: This is different than what's on the Menu. Lunch Lady: How so? Paige: The menu says chicken in white sauce. This is red sauce. Lunch Lady: Nadine had a small accident slicing the meat. Paige: The cafeteria workers can be pretty funny sometimes. Nicole: Eew. What's with the salty iron taste?

Just like Zack Hill’s school cafeteria and Ziggy’s diner, a health inspector should be called in. (At least in some cultures, they do eat blood for the iron. Although I haven’t had it before, can anyone say England’s black pudding or France’s coq au vin?)

Well, I hate the blood pudding the school sometimes serve in Sweden. Still better than any kind of liver thou. But as far I know they use pig blood and not human… And cooked blood is black or brown, not red….

My mother in law used to make a soup from duck. Never liked it, and found out one of the ingredients was duck blood. Yuck!

What is this stuff? The lettuce is green and the meat is brown. Normally, it’s the other way around.
