Mr. Veeblefester: I buy wine in large quantities with the intention of storing it... Mr. Veeblefester: That's why I maintain a wine cellar... Mr. Veeblefester: You see, my boy, I store the wine for future consumption, because wine actually improves with age! Brutus: Well, that's good to know... Brutus: I have a half-full box of wine that's been in my fridge since last summer!

Hmmm, I’ve had some pretty bad aged wines; either turned to vinegar or something akin to a petroleum distillate.
