Wow… when I posted that, I couldn’t see any other comments, not even after refreshing and testing my link.

Anyway, apparently Ylvis is a Norwegian comedy team….this piece was done as a promo for their TV show.It was meant to be a joke, not a hit song…surprised the heck out of them when it went viral, and as of what I read a few months ago, they have no plans to make an album. or try for musical stardom.

As to real foxes, I learned what they sound like when I once had to break up a fight between a young fox and a feral cat at 2 a.m. that was waking all the neighbors. Since then I realize that whenever I watch any of the British mysteries I like, those screechy sounds in the background in night scenes are fox calls. Sort of a combination scream and bark.

Usually, it says, “fair and balanced.”
