My theory is the cold messes with people’s minds and they start to look to rodents for answers to the weather. Though I must say i wouldn’t mind watching Al Roker deal with an irate groundhog.

Groundhog Woody of Howell, MI, refused to come outside. Not that she was allowed to sleep. The harsh winter probably influenced her decision to stay inside.
