it is already bad enough that people die from drunk drivers but do we really need to add other methods for people to kill others while being under some influence and driving?

You know on second thought I could agree to that if the sentence for killing someone accidentally while high on anything was a lifetime sentence with no chance of parole or they got the death penality. In that case I say legalize every single illegal drug and tax it all.
