I’ll tell ya … hold your hands parallel to your legs … that’s good … make "C"’s out of your hands … good plops cups in hands there, you’re the cup holder. DO NOT SPILL.
That’s one of the issues I have with modern automobiles: too many extraneous gizmos. I will grant that there have been some significant safety improvements, but most of the “new and improved” in automobiles is in the electronics which will be obsolete in a year or two anyway.
Some improvements are actually dangerous, like those that take control of the car from you.
My pet peeve is with the glass cockpit. No more dials or buttons to push. So instead of reaching over and flipping a switch without even looking at it, you now have to take your eyes off the road and play with the computer screen.
