GGL Why do you like that guy so much?
PP: Oh, Ive always armored ohs courage, his quest for justice and his eternal optimism,
But mostly, Ive always enjoyed mighty mouses theme song.
I remember the movie cartoons of Mighty Mouse, Jo, but never saw him on TV (I think that was probably after my time, so to speak). Can’t recall his theme song at all (sniff). I’ll just have to take Pierpoint’s word for it—and I don’t feel too comfortable doing that!
Loved them in Mexico in the 70’s, the original Terrytoons, with the talking magpies (Heckle and Jeckle). The theme song was in original English and the narrator and Mighty Mouse saying farewell was voiced by Jorge Arvizu, “El Tata”. He passed away two weeks ago. A dubbing leyend and actor. RIP

Here I come to save the day, that means that Mighty Mouse is on the way
While the Warner Brothers classics used opera for humor, Mighty Mouse sang his arias seriously. Not sure MM was still around when my kids grew up.
