This is what millennials call ā€œworkingā€. And it comes with affordable health care, which is the right of every american with a self-inflicted pre-existing condition.

I have work dreams all the time and I have been retired 3 years. Most of the time I am working with bosses from two or three different jobsā€¦ā€¦ā€¦I usually wake up tired and sometimes in a BAD mood.,,,,lol

I still have dreams that I work at a place I was at over 20 years ago. Of course, being dreams, there are always strange and surreal differences.

I donā€™t know whether iā€™m retired or not. My first employer (who sent me a pension when I turned 65) says Iā€™m retired. Social Security says Iā€™m retired. Yet I never signed any papers including those words. I havenā€™t worked at a regular job for ten years. But in some ways, Iā€™d still rather be working.

Cartoonist Rick Veitch did a whole series of dream comics, RARE BIT FIENDS. In one issue he recounts a dream where heā€™s floating in his fatherā€™s place of work. He looks down to see his father, on his deathbed, in the middle of the shop floor, kissing his bossesā€™ hands. Freudian much?

I worked 3rd shift at a processing plant. If you fell asleep you were fired immediately including during break and lunch. First shift was allowed to take naps at lunch.
