Boredom is a good thing. Eventually it will force you to do something. The question is how long will it take the snot-nose to realize that it’s up to him and not everyone else.

There was this one year back in the sixties when life was so exciting I used to pray for boredom . . .

My girls didn’t tell me they were bored. They learned early on that I always had something for them to do…clean their rooms, clean their bathroom, dust, vacuum, wipe out the kitchen cabinets..

yeah…. never tell your mom you’re bored. She will always find something for you to do….. stripping the floors and re-waxing and buffing by hand kind of things.
