Why do people always call something a “Zombie Apocalypse”, when they really mean “Zombie Golden Age”? Granted, it usually doesn’t look too fun for the humans….

Sorry…I am so not interested in the whole zombie craze. It must take a good deal more imagination than I have to put ANY credence into it, enough to consider it. So much fiction and depression that I cannot even skim the “culture” that it engenders with movies, books, “music.” Even something as classic as “I Am Legend” and the Charlton Heston film “Omega Man” leave me with no interest in it. So…this Zombie Apocalypse business and the resulting pun here with Acropolis was ENTIRELY lost on me until I read through the comments above.

Holm, it’s a cartoon. You’re overthinking, for cryin’ out loud. Just enjoy, or shrug and move on. I really doubt the cartoonist was somehow determined to underline your ignorance of current fads.
