I doubt Earl ate any of that stew.
So Earl’s childhood rabbit’s name was Stewart, not Stuart? (I get the punchline, folks.)
Thanks for the great message, Happy Easter.
A rabbit that good is too good to eat in a single meal.
Happy Easter !!!!! 8^)

Happy Easter!!
I’m not a stewing rabbit. I’m a fricasseeing rabbit.
I didn’t know Grandpa was kin to Sally Forth!
And they called the cow Big Stew. Earl’s dad had a sense of humor too.
After my father retired from the army we moved to a farm. I was 13. We had 2 pigs, Wilbur & Lucy. Needless to say when they killed them (I was at school thankfully) I did NOT eat a single bite.
Oh dear…

Thank you B. And to all the non believers, God still loves you.
Kinda nasty mean spirited today
Once it has a name, you can never eat it.
Fried, in bacon grease, with American fries or hashbrowns on the side.
One of the best ‘Pickles’ strips ever, it nearly brought a tear. Thank you Brian.
So THAT’s where Hil hid her Easter bunny… bigger surprise is that Sally still found it!
I don’t think anyone actually ‘got’ this strip, at least the comments didn’t indicate it. Very sweet and sad and deserves that recognition.
