That last panel reminded me of a story about Ed Sullivan who was angry at one of his guests for something that was an unfortunate misunderstanding. However one day weeks later Sullivan was walking down the street with his wife and encountered the same performer who said hello to him. Sullivan mumbled something in reply and kept right on walking. He then turned to his wife and said we’re mad at so and so, aren’t we. When his wife replied yes, Sullivan then asked, well why are we mad at him?
-He should LOVE Monday’s not hate them-Well, yeah, he does love Mondays. That’s why he has to ask Rodney why he’s supposed to curry favor with the public by pretending to hate a day that fills his pockets, since he really doesn’t have a job other than being royal and lording it over everybody else…
The blonde came into work and said TGIF….the boss said SH**…..the conversation continued until the blonde said TGIF…thank goodness it’s Friday….the boss repeated his stance…and said Sorry hon, it’s Thursday.I hope this doesn’t kick me off here!!
I’m confused.(Of course)Does this mean that not every politician who claims to feel my pain is telling the truth? ? ? ?.How can I live with the revelation of this unimagined possibility?
