What the heck is Toby doing in the last panel? Taking notes?

Drawing on the church bulletin, of course. Didn’t everybody do that? Or was it just me?

Greg, EVERYONE does that. When I join a new church, first thing I do, is talk to the pastor(s), and explain that I have ADHD, and while I may play Crib or Euchre on my phone during the sermon, I’m listening to them too. :D

That must be one well endowed church. I have never seen padded pews.

For that I have no idea Eddie. Good outfit Bucket Family.

Some of our oldest churches have “open to the general public” days. The stained glass windows provide a history lesson to the families and events in our city. .and no cushioned pews. But the individual straight backed, wooden chairs do have cushioned seats.

During one particularly long winded church service, a 3 year old girl screeched “Maaaaaaa, if we give him some money, will he let us go?”

Toby looks bored and Eddie looks adorable.

I’m still trying to get God to install a 25 meter pool at my current residence. God probably thinks the owner can’t afford the property tax increase.

I still remember when our church added pads to the pews. Mmmm. Padded pews.
