Thank you for your comment on Sunday! It was very sweet of you. It sounds to me like you had the best weekend ever. Hope you have many more like it!-You never bore me either. You always have something interesting or witty to say. Your posts are always worth waiting for. -I attended the proper ‘official’ interview today. I got an email on Wednesday asking me to go in. It was in front of a panel this time and the manager was there. Now all I have to do is wait and find out whether I’ve got the job or not. -I hope you are having a beautiful summer holiday even though you’re not going anywhere. I don’t really go anywhere either, I just relax and enjoy myself in my own way. I bet the Ohio River bank is a peaceful place. Whatever you do, have fun! -You are always in my thoughts too. I believe Charlie Brown may have violated Rule # 1 of boating: Untie the boat.

All that paddling and only four feet from the dock? Better check and see if there’s a rope tying the canoe to the dock. I’ve never once been in a canoe where you couldn’t go at least four feat after paddling just two or three strokes, and most likely just one or two. Course I’ve also never been canoeing in a river or stream and trying to go against the current.
