Sorry Opal, Earl’s just a lumpy kind of man.

Let he (or she) who is without lumps cast the first aspersion. ^_^

Geez guys, this is a comic about elderly people who no longer have the bodies of their youth… This is a preview of things to come for all of us… keep that in mind…

I hesitate to imagine vegas

FishStix: I honestly didn’t think of the age group on my comment. I’m in my early 30s, I was thinking more from my own perspective. :)

My wife and I are doing a decent job of not being lumpy. I think Opal though should take a good look at herself before assessing Earl’s body. I think they both have bodies that could be looked upon as having lived comfortably.

There was one strip where the two of them were at a diner and Earl pointed out the elderly couple at the end of the counter and said, “That’s probably what you and I will look like in about ten years or so.”

Opal replied, “You *do* realize that’s a mirror at the end of the counter, don’t you?”

I join the large part of the majority who need new glasses. Poor “Pickles” tries, but Earl is just so dwarfed in her shadow!
