Checked in to a hotel recently. Found a tube of anal lube in the nightstand drawer. Took it down to the front desk so they could mail it back to the previous guest in the room. Manager laughed so hard he fell over and, gasping, did promise to return it.

I can think of many things I wouldn’t want security looking at.

Deadly weapons have been built from items readily available in airport stores. Like guns made with Red Bull cans.

There are hundreds of places on an airplane to hide all kinds of contraband.

I used to fly C-130s. We got a call once to leave the doors closed when we landed so customs could do a random inspection. After we landed we told them never tell that to a C-130 crew while they are still in the air. We don’t have to open the doors on the ground to get rid of stuff. We routinely did it at a thousand feet and 130 knots.

Actually we weren’t smuggling anything. We were stealing C-130s.
