Well at least Joy knows what to expect in her card now.

Yea he’s romantic all right. I bet he had the server at Denny’ssign it . They should laminate the corsage from Sue’s cousin’s wedding, after all it’s only 1 daisy and a fern leaf.and it’s also plastic. Yea she got it from the Dollar Dump.it’s so sentimental you know.

you don’t remember your own recipe. I wonder if Burl was a draft dodger. It would be typical of him.

My husband and I lived in a really small town where we met. Our first date was at a Golden Corral – cause that was the best that there was. But 30 years later , well it’s been a hell-uva-ride. Oh, and I didn’t laminate my place mat from that date. (darn, missed an opportunity.)

There may be hope for Dale yet, but if he thinks that will get him lucky, he can think again!

Our first date was my boss’s daughter’s wedding. The fellow I was seeing couldn’t get off, so I called this guy from work and asked him “what would you do for a free meal?” And the other man was toast.

My first date with this man was just in a mall Starbucks. And we opted for a small table out in the courtyard because it was more private (we had previously only chatted online). He held my hands and we talked for over 2 hours and made a date to meet again later in the week.

I had chosen to meet in a safe place the first time, but then, wanted to check out his house to learn more about him. It’s all good.

My first date with my husband was to Knott’s Berry Farm. 52 years in June. Must have been the berry pie!

We’re celebrating 40 years next month, but the first date was a disaster. He had the wrong night for the lecture (Dr. Spock on Vietnam) and ran out of gas (not in a good way). Can’t believe we got past that. Butn ever had a date that bad again!
