Security was, like at a large number of State Dept. locations around the world, too little to deal with a major incident where personnel are far outnumbered in “unfriendly” places.
But, HEY! “Going to war with the Army you’ve got”, instead of the one you NEED, and getting a few thousand of our troops killed, in a false war, is perfectly okay?
