Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Adam: Siggggghhhh. How much longer?
Clayton: Just a few more hours. A half-hour less than the last time you asked.
Laura: I guess that whole "are we there yet" thing is cliche for a reason.
Adam: How much longer now?
Clayton: Dad!! Just chill out and drive!
“How much longer?” followed by “She’s touching me”, “I have to go to the bathroom”, and my personal favorite, “He’s looking out my window”. I love traveling with children.
Isn’t that Stucco the clown on the side of the truck from the strip “Big Top”? I always thought it was one of the funniest strips on the comic pages. Wonder why Rob Harrell discontinued it.
In real life, a kid two or three years old could be satisfied just by showing him, on a map, where their destination is and where they are at that moment. No more of this, “Are we there yet?” But then, there’s nothing funny about such real-life solutions for cartoonists to use.

I really miss Big Top. I wish they would visit once and not just do “drive by” cameos.

Adam is a bigger “child” than the children are. Maybe he’s already going through his second childhood.

This is pretty much the same gag as yesterday. But I guess Mr. Harrell’s earned it.
