Clothing was invented for protection, not some vague concept of “modesty”- though I agree that the greater part of the population is more pleasantly viewed “covered”.

Gaijinrabbit is correct, we are currently moving forward in time as is everyone else on the planet. With telescopes we can see back in time as stars were forming.

Actually, I have all the time I need … for now.

If you read BrassOrchid’s comment with a bit of thought you will realize he said nothing.. Sounds good though. LOL

Well, this “splains” everything…

I don’t know which I like about the time travel series more, the misanthropic and Malthusian “people are a blight” mentality of the main storyline or the gratuitous male-bashing at the end of each individual strip.

I just got back from a nudist colony where most of the people were photogenic.

Are those the two from Primeval?

Twilight Zone had this idea first. And a riff on it even earlier.

Though it wasn’t time travel, it was a crashed space ship.

The biggest flaw would be off course that the dinosaurs seized to exist about 65 mln years ago and that the first modern human existed about 200.000 years ago. The oldest human ancestors can be dated as far back as about 400.000 years ago. Plus it’s impossible to create the human race from just two persons. There wouldn’t be enough genetic variety. I guess Wiley Miller slept during both history and biology classes.

I suspect this would have worked better as a first post but…Let the annoying stupidity Begin!

We travel in time at the nominal rate of one hour per hour. You can go faster than that on your days off, and even faster by taking a vacation. You can slow down by attending a boring class or business meeting.

What do we want? A Time Machine!When do we want it? It’s a Time Machine!

As I was reminded today…yesterday is past tomorrow never arrives because it’s an endless stream of today until your todays run out.

Hope Danae didn’t step on a butterfly while she was outside Jeffrey’s machine.

Perhaps the future was Eden. They were thieves, the forbidden fruit was a jeweled golden apple. God was G.O.D (Guard Overpowered District). They fled through a time machine and the guards fired at it sending them into the distant past with a broken time machine

Time travel won’t involve physics or machines, just a practical understanding of the whole illusion.
