Up and at em campers! What's the point of getting up this early at summer camp? Will the lake move away if we sleep in? Will the craft barn and archery range disappear? No, but I'd have fewer hours to torment you. This counselor is going to give me nightmares. Short nightmares.

these kids need to go to Young Life Camp in Colorado, my grandsons get up and are excited to get out and see what they have for the day.

Same reason they wake you up between 4 and 5:30 am in the jails and prisons, even though there’s nothing those guys need to be up that early for. It’s a legal form of torment.
