This is a better meeting than last week, when the guest speaker discussed various aspects of the saw.

The Sawers’ Club had a difficult time coping with that guy.

Every week, Chuck stands in front of the guys and calls out “OK, somebody go round up the horses!”

Gets a laugh every time.

“Best club I ever saw,” Chuck thinks.“Why do people think I should be on the power drill team instead?”

You could say they are having a ripping good time, except they are all cross, cutting. (Notice comma)

August is Jigsaw Month.

Wilma Jane and Alice Berneice decided "if you can’t join the Saw Club, we’ll start our own, “The Silly Sally Saw Society”It has proved to be very popular with those ladies who want their porches remodeled.

The younger women in particular, have an affinity for power tools. Well, power, really.

All that sawdust made me thirsty. Can I interest anyone in a Rusty Nail? I’ll buy….

My drinking club with a golfing problem meets on Tuesdays.

Actually, the only guy who knows how to saw correctly is the guy with the cap. Sorry, I don’d know his name.

Tonight was our Square Dance lesson, but boyfriend has his monthly Aeronautics club on 2nd Tuesdays, so I had to select another partner for dancing (missing his kiss good night ;-()
