All those shops on the concourse are just waiting for bored passengers to come buy something they don’t need. And the restaurants are there for folks who need to “tank up” before the flight.
Have The Agony and the Ecstasy lined up for my next trip to Paris – it’ll be at the end of a tour of Italy. With Oberammergau in between – will have the original book for that as well, for daily devotional readings. Were Paris the focus, would reread Edward Rutherfurd’s novel by that name.
