Of course they do, they’re all couped up the rest of the week.

Auto could use larger tail fins.

If they’re your average cooped-up chickens, the mere fact they’re flying that high is a miracle.

I got nothing. It is really a groaner of a pun, and I have to wonder about the size ratio between the chickens and the car. But I just am not offended. Sorry Supreme Ruler of the Birdbrains but:

I am offended by the heavy load the chickens have to bear. That’s not weakened behavior!

Well that certainly was some kind of coup, coming up with the explanation for that pun.

I missed that the chickens were flying too high, and carrying too much. This little birdbrain is really a bird brain. If I had been smarter I would have been immensely offended. In my previous despair I ate all the cookies. I have some peanut butter cups, would that be okay?

Actually, I’m glad these chickens are large & strong enough to fly with that much weight, otherwise it would certainly be as a coupe de grâce for any other chickens.

It could be worse. They could try to fly to Sedan. Or sit on their Hatch-back in the rear of the Coupe.

At least he only had two doors. THAT”S the real defining note.The convertible was more a West coast thing than middle America, especially in the coup. If you was Foos on Overhaulin’ you know the guy would make a flying saucer a convertible if he could and that’s the place the coupe convert came from, guys who like to display.

Gee. Makes you wonder how the phrase, “flew the coop” originated. Wonder if it could have had anything to do with birds escaping. Things that make you go, DUH…” [!]

@ ottod: I’ve never seen chickens flying a chicken coop before, only coupe convertables.

Now, I DID see chickens DRIVING a chicken coop to escape, but that’s another story!
