The Boys have a bit if a problem with women cubmasters or scoutmasters; they do not exist as far as they are concerned, they can lead a scout troop or pack if no men will take the responsibilities but the women will never be given the job title of scoutmaster. Weird bunch of ducks. Their don’t ask don’t tell policies are worse than the military.
