Joe, I assume since Bailey’s dad wants him to be really safe, he puts him in a safety seat of the right size. Anything else would be quite dangerous.

I think Dad is long gone already.
He’ll still be a baby to dad, no matter how old he gets. Plus, in Wyoming you have to remain in a safety seat until you are eight years old and weighs 80 pounds.
