Maybe we should as PETPL - People for the Ethical Treatment of Plant Life.

Oh yeah, Superfrog, and any city with codes and ordinances will tell you what they are, after you’ve broken them there laws.

If it’s his property, then it isn’t anyone else’s business.

Ahh, a new way to finally get rid of those durn dandelions! Looks like fun, too!

You’d think so, wouldn’t you, randayn, but noooo.

Ask anyone who belongs to a homeowners association.

It is amazing what you can build with “Tinker Toys”.

Not just a homeowners association. City codes or rather the people who enforce city codes can be bullying and nasty. They seem to be the worse of the small minded people who love and abuse their power.

It has the same affect as putting a swing there. When we were kids we would drag our feet to stop the swing, and that eventually left four ditches in the yard when we got rid of the swings.

Two of the spoonheads are facing the wrong way, so I think the laws of physics will take care of it.

Whatever it is Chester’s doing, he appears to be putting a lot of effort into it.

Cleo (?) looks to be totally in the spirit of Mardi Gras. I’m sure all the male bassets have been fetching her necklaces for days. And she indeed does look fetching.

I’m aware of no such law. But the H.O.A. may have something to say.

After the first scoop, I don’t see how anything else will happen.

I’ll unscrew a bottle of wine to it.

Gee, with all those sparklies, I wonder who could be behind this poster?

Cleo could be a float all by herself!

What? Is it time for Mardi Gras already? That means Lent follows, and my friends will be giving up all kinds of fun things. I’ll have to be sure to drink wine, eat chocolate, or whatever it is they gave up in front of them just to help them with their “spiritual journey of enlightenment.” Mind you, I’m only doing it for their own good — I get no perverse pleasure in torturing them.
