Ruthie and Joe are finally working together as a SWAT Team
When I was a kid, I saw some coccons on a dead bird. Curious, I put them in a jar. A few day later, I noticed 2 things in the jar: The cocoons were open and some flies were flying around. For years I was terrified of flies.
Oh yuk the kids and their experiments.
Reminds me of Zoe in “Baby Blues” at age 3. She’d kill a bug and then cry over it.
They may not “spin” cocoons, but they do have a pupal stage.http://www.mun.ca/biology/bpromoters/Crime_Fighting_Bugs.php
It’s great that Joe and Ruthie are showing an interest in science. It’s funny that they don’t understand that swatting a fly causes it to die…
He probably saw “baby flies”, AKA maggots.
