I remember that! Wonderful on a rainy day. I believe they ran on NY’s WPIX (channel 11). That’s where one could catch all the old black and white movies ….many classics.
In Chicago we had “The Early Show” movies in the afternoon and “The Late Show” movies opposite The Tonight Show. We also had “Family Classics” on WGN on Sunday afternoon for those of us who didn’t want to watch football.
