Apropos of nothing, one day my mom said to me, “You know what D. C. in Washington DC stands for? It stands for Deadman’s Cash.” Who knows why she said that, but Ruthie picked up something similar along the way.

I had to look it up.

I had to read the title twice. At first, I thought it read Pudgy Bugle. Have to have a little more coffee before reading the comics. -

I thought it was what happens when someone grabs the back of your underwear and yanks it straight up.
