Actually, the first suggestion isn’t too appealing, but the other two do. Love eggplant, and chickpeas can be dry fried and salted, and eaten like peanuts.
I would go the other way around. When you are hungry you start thinking about delicious dishes, and you start imagining how those dishes would taste with different side dishes, different condiments and so on
