The truly efficient and the lazy are identical–because a lazy person wants to exert the least possible amount of energy doing the least possible amount of work. No wonder Frank and Ernest are so efficient…

we have a new person in our department that i helped to train, and the one thing i need to keep reminding him is to slow down and do the task correctly rather than quickly. he’s moved from production with its focus mainly on quantity to our department which is focused on quality above all else.
