I vigorously protest the implied simile. Talapia are very good marinated with lemon, butter, sate, and then grilled lightly. Overcooking significantly reduces the flavor.

Overcooking is NOT to be confused with half-baked!

I like my talapia breaded with seasoned panko and cooked on the contact grill. Crispy crust and no grease.
