Now we know where Virgil Ohso got the money to buy the Stradivarius and the doctorâs bag of money that he paid Chris Shendo. He spent it to get even with the ambassador! What I want to know is how did he know about the kid having access to his dadâs Stradivarius and how did he find the Stradivarius conversion genius, Chris Chendo? Did Chendo have a website advertising his unusual talent? And, how did Virgil know about the upcoming embassy affair?
So Virgilâs sole motive was his resentment at being fired, even tho he got away with millions of $$ and the ambassador didnât have him arrested? Did I get that right?
The math puzzles me a little. Junior takes a $2 million Strad and gets some money for it. Then he uses the money to buy his electric guitar. How much can the guitar cost? Shouldnât there be some money left over somewhere.
Akenta said, âI thought this was finally over too until vistabill brought all those questions - might take another few months to get those answers.â
Donât fret, Akenta. Weâll never get any of those answers.
So, um, how much money did he embezzle? More than 2 million; we know that much. Then when he got fired he didnât retire to a life of luxury â why not? He wanted more? He was infuriated because he got fired before he could embezzle enough to retire on and live in the style he would like to become accustomed to? So he spent 2 million just to buy a violin, he had to pay that master bombmaker plenty, he had other accomplices to pay â surely he couldnât have gotten away with embezzling so much that he could spend 2 or 3 million on some petty revenge and still have enough to retire on? How often does the ambassador count his money?
So I guess Virgil is broke now. He probably doesnât even have enough money to hire a lawyer â heâll have to rely on the public defenders.
Okay everyone Iâm a little slow on the uptake. Question and I havenât even explored. Where on the internet does the icons or pictures come from? Do you just go to google and type downloads or what? Iâve thought about changing my Lt for a picture.
A lot of you have some neat ones and some change seems like everyday.
um wait. That was the whole story?
Chester Gould needs to rise from the grave and wreak horrible vengeance on those who have turned his creation into such a pointless, artless, banal and stupid thing.

Nothing in the entire Dick Tracy strip makes any sense in my opinion. I think thatâs why I enjoy it so much. Maybe they should rename it, âThe Return of Feerless Fosdick.â
As VistaBill noted the Knightâs Cross of the Iron Cross medal that was hanging from the ambassadorâs neck a couple days ago has disappeared. Just another sample of the lack of consistancy in the artwork and that the artist canât remember what he drew previously⌠and wonât go back to compare.

Will Dick get a medal, or a chest to pin it on?

All right, youse guys are late, and fines will be assessed accordingly.

Even Tuckerâs grateful! What happened to the ambassadorâs iron cross? Tracyâs tie shrunk again! Must be the water from the pool.

My guess is that when Tracy gets home, Tess and Bonnie Braids will suggest a baseball game to relax him. And, thenâŚ

Is that Bea Arthur in Panel Two?

This wasâŚshort? Really? This specific strip is bad, just really bad, why does it exist? Iâd prefer to silently watch Dick and Tess dance.

What about the bomb maker? I sure want him behind bars. And Low Note? & the other henchperson who disappeared after appearing in 1 or 2 panels?
As others have pointed out, neither Virgilâs actions nor plan make any real sense.
