Kid: All I did was gently toss a pencil to my friend Kevin! Kid: But Mrs. Godfrey thought I was throwing it AT him, and she gave me a detention. Nate: just ONE? When I threw a pencil, she gave me FIVE! Kid: why five? Nate: Well... The pencil did stick in Nick Blonsky's forehead. Kid: Ew. Nate: Like it's MY fault the kid can't catch.

That happened to me in 8th grade. A kid through a pencil across the room and it lodged in my forehead. I still have part of the lead visible under the skin.
