They eventually worked out a plan to collectively oppress their peasants and all get along in a single collective governing body. Unfortunately, that made the peasant population too large to be properly controlled, and critical mass among the oppressed was achieved, resulting in a total system melt-down.

Today they fire gossip, complaints to the HOA, and lawsuits.I think the arrows were more civilized.

At least there’s less strife than there is on those “Real Housewives” shows.
