I like my sushi made from catfish.

Rolled in cornmeal . . . and deep fried.

    With tarter sauce.

Ever since the human race has been able to control fire for cooking, there has been no reason to eat raw fish. See the story out of China about the guy with tapeworm cysts? ’Nuff said.

And why do we have to eat them? Is it not bad enough you make us eat the vegetables?

SUSHI DOES NOT MEAN “RAW FISH”, folks. (now maybe it’ll get a little attention)

I use chopsticks for cooking all the time. She’s right. Sushi or plain sticky rice doesn’t suit a fork.

Douse that sticky rice with enough soy sauce and it will lose its cohesion, plus taste much better. Very suitable for shoveling in with a fork.

It was only this year I learned sushi is vinegared rice. I like the California Roll. I know that everything in it is either cooked or a vegetable.
