I am going to teach you how to eat with chopsticks.
Why?
because sushi doesn't taste right if you eat it with a fork.
Oh.
Ok.
These originated in china thousands of years ago...
what is 'sushi"?
Ever since the human race has been able to control fire for cooking, there has been no reason to eat raw fish. See the story out of China about the guy with tapeworm cysts? ’Nuff said.

Raw fish. “yummy”.
Retired Dude about 10 years ago
I like my sushi made from catfish.
Rolled in cornmeal . . . and deep fried.
With tarter sauce.

I use chopsticks for cooking all the time. She’s right. Sushi or plain sticky rice doesn’t suit a fork.
rphbeta about 10 years ago
Douse that sticky rice with enough soy sauce and it will lose its cohesion, plus taste much better. Very suitable for shoveling in with a fork.

It was only this year I learned sushi is vinegared rice. I like the California Roll. I know that everything in it is either cooked or a vegetable.
