Digital: Our previous condo board president tried that and we voted her out. As for seizing power myself, if George Washington didn’t do it, I won’t.

Our condo election was held during American Idol. No one showed and my male cat is now president.

I actually saw a guy juggling chain saws once, in Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco - weird. Sure drew a crowd, though…

Balancing chainsaws is much easier.
