I’d welcome the chance to learn a little about Tyler. Or Taylor, Polk, or Harrison (either or both). Those guys are basically forgotten now.

Do William Henry Harrison he only lasted a month in office.

I wonder if any historian actually wrote a book about the past occupants of the presidential office. Besides the bio they could include the foreign and domestic issues of their time.

Gomer Pyle?? Hey, he WAS president once, in a “Laugh-In Looks At The News” blurb: for those who remember that one, it highlighted “news” stories in 1988, “twenny years from now!!” as co-host Dan Rowan would always shout from yer T.V. set back in good/bad ’ol 1968!!

I remember having to do one on Woodrow Wilson because all of the “good ones” were taken. That’s the only reason I remember his name was because of that silly report I wrote.
