I’ll never understand why some posters tend to be such “stuffed shirts”.

As the story arc sinks (as always, all too) slowly into a puddle of shmaltz…

Me too, me too, I’m here for the comments! I grimace and wince at the comic, and snicker and chortle (chicker? snortle?) at the comments.

Not so bad this storyline. maybe a small improvement over previous stories, but we need a new writer anyway.

I kinda miss the DT of my yout. kicking but (sic)and shooting bad guys. talking on his two-way wrist radio. Learned to read using the funny papers and comic books.

sometimes I just have to get out my Celebrated Cases of Dick Tracy book and drift back to when crime did not pay and bad guys met their end via the hot lead route

Maybe what Tracy meant by “show” was that the Maestro was putting on a good face in spite of his grief.

Speaking of the celebrated cases from days gone bye Who was Everyone’s favorite Tracy bad guy?

I kinda liked Flat Top and Pruneface.

ahh yes the old melting ice under the refrigerator ice pick through the heart.. some of the old death traps were so inventive Both Prune faces were really grusome Flattop is a fav of mine too what can ya say about a Guy who describes his job as Custom Killing.

Another old story I liked involved Dick being pushed out of a plane and landing on a deserted island where he had to survive by his wits and while there he met another detective who had been tricked and stranded the same way.. the way they got off the island was truly classic

Ah! Those were the days. But back then you didn’t have a clown falling from the top of a tiger’s cage 80 feet to the floor uninjured.

Crewy Lou fell 60 feet and didn’t live to tell about it, her partner Spinx got squashed into bad guy pulp by an elevator.

Your memory is a lot better than mine, gillbillvolume1.
