Is ‘Commander’ Finkle a finicky fink or has he have something to hide? On the positive side it might be wise not to trust a person new to the neighborhood but it would be wiser to keep them closer for observation.

I bet Finkle hasn’t been kissed in 20 years. When I was a kid growing up in the city we had one of those guys… a real not cool stinker type.
