1.789107 × 10 to the 9th or you can get out your own HP-15 and work it out.

Then I’ll provide a rival and equally valid theory by saying that we can never truly know the answer, we just have to take on faith that there is one. (And that it’s not “4”.)

That’s not even a theory. Theories are supported by observation and evidence.

We’re pitiful little microbes speculating on our place in the Universe (as in “Micromegas,” Voltaire). Might as well pick your fancy to explain human existence and the Universe..My current amusement is based in Lawsonomy, wherein Menorgs and Disorgs continually battle within us in zig, zag, and swirl. Considered with my oblique interpretation of fractals (the structure of small things reflected in big things, and vice versa), Lawsonomy explains so much, from Ebola to Congress to black holes..http://www.lawsonomy.org/Lawsonomy303.html.I used to fancy the Universe is a cosmic balloon that The Being blows up and periodically releases to carom around the jagged edges of Chaos.

I’m somewhat surprised there’s more debate about the math than the analogy to discussing religion.
