Wrong grandma — she can change it albeit she has to wait till she’s 18 and applying for name-change (for which she will have to fork out some $$).
She can take some of the letters and spell “Tami”, with a little heart over the i of course.

And who says Grandma doesn’t have a sense of humour.
Names go in cycles. But what moves the cycles continues to elude us. Someday someone will wonder why we named so many girls Heather or Brittany.

According to this graph, “Agnes” reached its peak of popularity in the 1890s, and nobody has been named “Agnes” since the 1960s.
