Zonker: He really let you slip him something? How common! Mark: You wanted to get in, didn't you? Man, look at this place! Zonker: Good lord! What an environment! Mark: I'll say. I feel like we just entered disco afterlife. Zonker: Hey, look! A knot of celebrities ahead! Mark: Sshhh! Don't point! You'll scare them off... Zonker: Wow... some of them are larger than life! Mark: Act natural. I"m going in for a closer look.

The lifestyle was ugly – some of the music wasn’t as bad as I thought it was. Or, to paraphrase Mark Twain: disco music was better than it sounded.

Why would you lump Ms Swift with those others? What has she done? I’m not even a fan, mind you. It’s easy to rip others from behind a flat screen.

That’s a major slam on the slime and ooze that collected underneath the bathroom floors at Studio 54.

Yes. If I remember correctly, she was with the Rolling Stones.

You forgot Lindsey Lohan and Justin Beiber – clearly products of the same ooze.

I like Taylor Swift, think she’s cute.

The innocence of the late ‘70s. We were led by our saintly prez Jimmy Carter. Maybe that is what happened to the Democrats this week, being led by Obama, he hasn’t had a sex scandal, then had the GOP try to impeach over a bj. Too nice and innocent.

Taylor Swift? Perhaps you were thinking of Paris Hilton? Or Lindsay Lohan?

Not a fan of Swift’s music but I can’t remember the last time an album was universally praised as her “1989” has been.Plus, she’s got legs and she knows…
