Grew up with a black cat. Don’t care what color……they are all wonderful and the world would be a terrible place without them.

Black beauty

Over the years I’ve had 4 black cats. Young girl, one named Gink, newly married and living in Germany, Shornsteinfeger(chimney sweep) or Meanie because he’d bite you if you petted him too long and he growled in his sleep, Cooter, and last but not least Schnotty. She had something wrong in her sinus and sounded like a duck with a cold! Didn’t stop her from living 14 years. Now I have a tuxedo, Twig. I have a particular fondness for orange tabbies and have one named Butterbean(Bean Laden when he’s naughty). But I’ll take any color, but really like the ones with stripey pants!
